I am a member of the Lancaster and Columbus Multiple Listing Service which means that when I'm selling your home, by standard listing or by auction, your property will be advertised on both MLS services. That in turn allows several thousand agents to view your listing. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors. I received the Top Producer award in 2007 and 2008. If you are considering selling your home by the auction method and are comparing auctioneers, make sure they are members of the MLS service and that they co-op with other agents. If you choose me as your agent, I will give you my opinion on what the minimum price should be but ultimately the final decision is yours. Not all properties will sell at auction. Therefore I look at the auction process as a cycle and the cycle doesn't end necessarily on auction day. I treat the auction itself as only one day in the cycle, and I keep going until the sale is made. I stay on the job, focus on completing the job, and the job isn't done until we all leave the closing table.
