I received my Real Estate license in 2003 and I am affiliated with Anderson & Co. Realtors, which is another trusted name in the Real Estate profession.

I am a member of the Lancaster Board of Realtors & the Ohio Association of Realtors. If you are considering selling a home, and would like a quick, simple & effective solution, then you should consider selling it at auction.
You can reserve the selling price of the property so that there are no risks to you. Sometimes the property sells for more than what you would have listed it for!  

I also offer Buyer/Broker Participation [form] which means that I will work with any Real Estate Agent who brings a pre-registered bidder/buyer to the auction. This, in turn, benefits the sellers as everyone has something to gain. In addition, there are no costs to the seller unless I successfully sell their home. I can also do a standard listing without auction.
